1. Hover over the artwork you want to select
2. Click Select
   

For all exports, except a data sheet, you can select multiple artworks.

If you want to export a data sheet for a specific artwork, you must only select one artwork for which you want the data sheet. 

To select multiple artworks:

1. After selecting one artwork you are in selection mode. You can click anywhere on another artwork to select add it to your selection
2. Select the type of export you need

1. Fill out the details or replace the proposed text (for example in the Loan Consignment)‍
2. Click on Export‍

A new tab will open containing your PDF file

1. Hover over the page to make the Download button appear on the top right
2. Click the Download button to download the PDF
